30-inch pies. Huge slices. Wed-Sat ’till the a.m. on Rosemary Street.

The biggest, and best, pizza in North Carolina. The new wave, the North Carolina slice. 30″ pies cut into triangles bigger than your head. Open late. 3 a.m. kind of late.
Alpha Pie pizzas are made with hand-rolled dough, flour from Red Tail Grains in Mebane, Bacio cheese, and signature red sauce. Our pepperonis are the spicy kind that cup and char. The good stuff. The weekly veggie slice features whatever Blue Sky Farms blesses our prep table with.

Our favorite slice in a town we’re proud to call home.
Alpha Pie opened on Halloween Night in October 2024, and it was love at first slice. Not to be corny, but choosing Halloween as the official open date really drove home what we’re doing and why. It’s not an accident, to be opening a pizza join on this corner, in this town, under that bar. It’s been a long time coming, and we’re proud to be here.
We keep things as local as possible, as often as possible. Ingredients from down the road, recipes from in-house, food and beer that tastes like home. Come by, say hello, and see what all the fuss is about.
If you’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.
